About Us
The Friends of the Tybee Theater, Inc., is a 501 (3) (c) non-profit corporation, formed in 2001. In 2006 we purchased the Tybee Post Theater from the Tybee Historical Society and have been working since that time to reopen the theater.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Friends of the Tybee Theater is a non-profit organization dedicated to the transformation of the Post Theater into an operating performing arts and cultural center.
VISION STATEMENT:
To successfully operate the Tybee Post Theater as an integral part of our community that enhances our cultural experience, encourages and attracts visitors, and improves our quality of life.
